Below are selected examples from our projects within the New Capital. Additional projects are not displayed in order to

In this project, we processed, cut, fabricated, and installed 120×240 cm, 120×280 cm, and 120×300 cm porcelain
slabs together with 160×280 cm marble slabs using joints not exceeding 1.5 mm.
All slabs were engineered following FEM/WUFI analysis, processed and ultrasound inspected within our industrial hub
in Badr City, and managed throughout all execution stages until final handover to ensure long-term stability and
prevent future cracking or detachment.
The project scope included flooring, wall cladding, façades, washbasins, countertops, reception areas, hotel suites,
and complete internal staircases.
The works also included Marble Interlocking and Waterjet Decorative Inlay applications together with the fabrication
and installation of 360 integrated porcelain slab and marble washbasins and countertops throughout our Abou Ghaly
Factory For Porcelain & marble Sinks Factory (AGI Architectura™) iside the same hub.
A total of 360 hotel rooms received custom porcelain slab applications installed using the integrated semi-structural

of the New Capital is not simply an installation process.

Unlike conventional methods that focus only on the porcelain brand or country of origin (Italian, Spanish, or Indian),
the success of large-format porcelain slab installation does not depend solely on the material itself.
Instead, successful installation depends on proper engineering analysis of floor screeds and wall substrates before

Even the highest-quality porcelain materials may fail when installed without a comprehensive engineering stress

The quality of porcelain slabs, marble, or adhesive materials alone cannot guarantee successful installation of large-
format porcelain slabs (120×240 cm and larger) in Egypt, especially within new urban developments such as the New

Installation success depends on a complete engineering evaluation of the entire system using FEM/WUFI simulation
models to determine slab behavior, movement zones, and expansion joint locations before execution begins.
Not every warranty offered in the porcelain slab and marble installation market is a genuine warranty.
In many cases, a limited warranty is provided only for the installation work itself, without conducting a complete
engineering analysis of the entire system. Such warranties do not prevent cracks, movement-related failures, or slab
detachment from occurring over time.
A genuine warranty begins with engineering analysis (FEM/WUFI) before execution. This analysis accurately
determines slab behavior, movement patterns, and stress distribution, allowing a comprehensive warranty to be

Any discussion about premium materials or "advanced installation methods" that is not supported by an actual
