AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors was established in the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2013 as an integrated engineering,
industrial, and execution group operating under a full Design, Manufacture & Build system. The company builds
upon regional expertise that began in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2010.
Since its establishment in Egypt, the company has developed and operates a fully integrated engineering, industrial,
logistics, and project execution ecosystem comprising eight of the largest and most advanced specialized
factories within one of the first, largest, and most technologically advanced industrial platforms in Egypt and
the Middle East. Located in Badr City and 6th of October City, these facilities are equipped with the latest Industry
5.0 manufacturing technologies.
The industrial ecosystem specializes in the processing, cutting, shaping, fabrication, and installation of large-
format porcelain slabs, marble, and natural stone, as well as the manufacturing of luxury porcelain slab basins,
architectural components, engineered furniture, and integrated architectural systems.
It is further supported by the AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors Center for Installation Certification & Engineering of
Large-Format Porcelain, Marble & Natural Stone in Egypt, which serves as the company's central hub for
installation certification, engineering analysis, technical approvals, operations, and project management, in
addition to its integrated construction, architectural fit-out, and landscape division in El Shorouk City, all backed
by a nationwide network of showrooms and logistics warehouses across Egypt.

AGI – Abou Ghaly Industrial Hub, located in Industrial Zone 5 in Badr City, includes three specialized
and certified factories built on a total area of 3,000 m², with a production capacity of up to 100,000 m² per month. It
represents one of the most advanced fourth-generation industrial systems for porcelain and marble processing in
Egypt and the Middle East, and includes:
1. Abou Ghaly Factory for Processing, Cutting, and Engineering Treatment of Porcelain, Marble, and Natural Stone
Specialized in:
Cutting, processing, and preparing porcelain, marble, and natural stone slabs.
Ultrasound inspection of porcelain or marble and natural stone slabs and material analysis.
Cutting marble and natural stone blocks into slabs and tabletops.

Driven by AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors investment vision and to meet global export demands and luxurious residential
and mega national projects, AGI has established its latest Digital Fabrication & Industrial Complex in the 6th of
October City. This massive complex operates in full integration with our Badr-City Factories to serve luxury projects
across Greater Cairo, the North Coast, Alamein, and international markets.
The complex is currently operating at its full capacity along machining technology of Industry 5.0 digital production
lines, utilizing 5-Axis CNC and robotic machinery and Waterjet Cutting technologies to eliminate traditional
fabrication defects.
The complex at 6th of October comprises five specialized Factories tailored for high-end projects:
Porcelain, Marble & Natural Stone Processing Factory: Dedicated to advanced structural analysis and digital design engineering to eliminate installation stress.
Two Integrated Porcelain Slab Sink Factory (AGI Architectura™): Engineered with 100% digital random vein matching, fully compliant with CE Certification and EN 14688 international standards.
Hybrid Kitchen Islands & Counters Factory: Integrating premium structures with heat, impact, and bacteria-resistant slab surfaces.
Abou Ghaly Factory for Engineering Solutions & Architectural Fixing Systems Components
Specialized in the manufacturing of complex architectural and decorative elements, engineering solutions, and mechanical fixing system components for porcelain, marble, and natural stone façade applications, including steel subframes, brackets, galvanized and steel support brackets, aluminum profiles and aluminum clips, steel plates, and a comprehensive range of mechanical fixing system components.
The factory also specializes in the manufacturing of Architectural Installation Systems, including Tile Leveling Systems, Tile Leveling Clips, Plastic Tile Spacers, and Leveling Wedges, together with a complete range of leveling accessories and installation components used for ceramic, porcelain, and marble installations. These products are manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized quality standards and, depending on the product category, comply with or are certified to relevant international standards and certifications such as CE, TÜV, and ISO 9001:2015.
In addition, the factory develops and manufactures its own engineering solutions and specialized industrial equipment, including electrically powered hydraulic handling trolleys designed and manufactured entirely in-house in Egypt for the safe handling, transportation, loading, and installation of XXL porcelain and natural stone slabs. These systems are engineered to operate efficiently in construction sites, elevated installation areas, and confined or difficult-to-access locations where conventional large slab handling equipment may have limited accessibility or maneuverability.

Abou Ghaly Quarry in Galala – Source of Local Marble & Natural Stone
Abou Ghaly Quarry in Galala represents one of the components of the integrated operational structure of Abou Ghaly Interiors – AGI, and serves as a source of local marble and natural stone used in our marble works and specialized architectural applications.
The quarry provides natural local stone blocks and raw materials that can be directed into the Abou Ghaly processing and manufacturing system, where they undergo further cutting, shaping, processing, carving, and finishing according to the requirements of each project.
This integrated capability supports the use of local marble and natural stone across a wide range of applications, including custom architectural elements, marble column capitals, carved marble basins, three-dimensional stone pieces, decorative works, and specialized architectural components.
The Galala Quarry therefore forms part of the local marble and natural stone value chain within our integrated engineering and industrial system — from the source of the material and extraction of natural stone blocks, through processing, manufacturing, shaping, and fabrication, to their final use in architectural applications and projects.
External Supply and Installation Only Upon Client, Developer, or End-User Request
AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors provides porcelain slab and natural stone supply and installation services as an optional
scope, available upon request by clients, developers, or end-users within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Installation works are executed as part of an integrated system that includes external material supply and installation
only using client-provided materials, ensuring optimal performance and long-term durability through the company’s
internal engineering-based execution standards.
The company also offers up to a 10-year installation and material warranty even the material supplied by others but
after ultrasound full inspection.
