automated manufacturing lines in Egypt and the Middle East, For large porcelain slabs and marble ultrasound
inspection , Processing, cutting, and treating slabs; fabricating porcelain slab sinks, kitchen islands,
countertops, vanity units, and complex architectural applications.
Operating across vast production spaces, this massive industrial landmark is engineered to drive both global exports
and domestic fabrication. Working in total synergy and full integration with our industrial digital hub in Badr City, it
represents a qualitative leap in the manufacturing and processing of porcelain slabs, marble, and quartz.
Furthermore, it localizes the production lines of integrated porcelain slab sinks and smart kitchen islands processed
via advanced digital fabrication mechanisms through a new fleet of factories, enabling us to deliver rapid, seamless
service availability across Egypt, with a specialized focus on the West Cairo region.

Advanced Industry 5.0 Robotic Centers (Breton Hydra & Breton Kobra): Deploying the absolute pinnacle of
European technology. Our line incorporates the world-class Breton Hydra 5-axis waterjet cutting center—featuring
the exclusive MiterWave Touch surface scanning system for flawless 45-degree miter profiles—working in perfect
synchronization with the Breton Kobra 5-axis CNC machining center, which utilizes high-speed linear motors to
sculpt intricate 3D geometries and hyper-customized designs with zero material waste.
5-Axis CNC Cutting & Shaping Machinery: Engineered for the precise sculpting and routing of complex profiles and
curvilinear geometries in porcelain slabs and marble, achieving the highest global standards of mechanical
precision.
Ultra-High Pressure Waterjet Cutting Systems: Dedicated to the flawless miter cutting of sinks. This advanced
process guarantees the prevention of invisible 'micro-cracks' that typically cause catastrophic product failure or
breakage under long-term operational stress.
Hybrid Assembly & Integration Lines: Specialized in bonding and manufacturing integrated porcelain sinks
