بدأت أبوغالي إنتريورز أعمالها في الإمارات والسعودية منذ عام 2010، وحققت خلالها أكثر من 198 مشروعًا متميزًا في مختلف دول الشرق الأوسط.

وفي مصر، تأسست أبوغالي إنتريورز عام 2013 لتقديم منظومة هندسية وصناعية وتنفيذية متكاملة للتشطيب الفاخر والشقق والفيلات والمشروعات الكبرى السكنية والتجارية والإدارية والسياحية والفندقية.

مع التخصص الكامل في توريد وتجهيز وتقطيع وتشكيل وتركيب ألواح البورسلين كبيرة المقاس (Mega Slabs) والرخام من خلال منظومة شبه إنشائية معتمدة دوليًا، يتم تصميمها ودعمها من خلال التحليل الهندسي (FEM / WUFI).

كما تشمل منظومتنا توريد وتصنيع أحواض البورسلين سلاب الفاخرة، والأحواض المدمجة والهجينة، والأحواض المصممة حسب الطلب، بالإضافة إلى جزر وكاونترات المطابخ.

وتشمل كذلك تصميم وتوريد وتصنيع وتركيب أنظمة وواجهات البورسلين والرخام الميكانيكية والميكانيكية المهوّاة (Mechanical & Ventilated Facades Systems)، مدعومة بتحليل هندسي متقدم باستخدام (FEM / WUFI / CFD)، مع تنفيذ هياكل معدنية من الصلب والألومنيوم (Steel & Aluminum Substructure Systems).

وتشمل قدراتنا الهندسية والفنية والصناعية المعتمدة دولياً لتصميم وتوريد وتصنيع وتنفيذ الهياكل المعدنية من الصلب والألومنيوم (Steel & Aluminum Substructure Systems)، ومكونات وأنظمة التثبيت المعمارية، وأنظمة تسوية البلاط والكلبسات والفواصل، إلى جانب تطوير وتصنيع معدات التركيب والمناولة والرفع الهيدروليكية والأوتوماتيكية لألواح البورسلين والرخام كبيرة المقاسات (XXL). 

كما تشمل تصميم وتوريد وتصنيع وتنفيذ فراغات تهوية (Ventilated Cavity) بعمق يتراوح من 50مم إلى 750 مم في الأنظمة القياسية، مع حلول متقدمة مثل

 الأنظمة المعدنية من نوع Metal Space Frame لواجهات البورسلين والحجر الطبيعي ذات التصميمات المعمارية المعقدة إلى جانب تصنيع وحدات الأثاث

 المصممة حسب الطلب — جميعها تحت سقف واحد. 

التسليم على المفتاح ضمن منظومة هندسية وصناعية متكاملة

في أبوغالي إنتريورز، لا يُعد مفهوم التسليم على المفتاح المتكامل مجرد خدمة إضافية، بل يمثل منظومة هندسية وصناعية متكاملة نقدمها تحت سقف واحد.

تعتمد هذه المنظومة على أحدث تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الخامسة (Industry 5.0)، من خلال دمج:

رابعًا: مصنع أبوغالي للحلول الهندسية ومكونات أنظمة التثبيت المعمارية

مصنع متخصص في تصنيع العناصر المعمارية والديكورية المعقدة، والحلول الهندسية، ومكونات أنظمة التثبيت الميكانيكي لواجهات البورسلين والرخام والحجر الطبيعي.

ويشمل ذلك تصنيع:

كما يتخصص مصنع أبوغالي للحلول الهندسية ومكونات أنظمة التثبيت المعمارية في تطوير وتصنيع حلول هندسية ومعدات صناعية خاصة، من بينها عربات ومعدات مناولة هيدروليكية مطورة كهربائيًا، صُممت وصُنعت بالكامل محليًا لدينا لمناولة ونقل وتحميل وتركيب ألواح البورسلين والرخام كبيرة المقاسات (XXL) بكفاءة وأمان.

وقد تم تطوير هذه المعدات للتعامل مع مواقع التنفيذ وأعمال التركيب على الارتفاعات، والأماكن الضيقة وصعبة المناورة، التي يصعب حتى على أحدث حوامل البلاطات الكبيرة الوصول إليها.

يمثل محجر أبوغالي في الجلالة أحد مكونات الهيكل التشغيلي المتكامل لمجموعة أبوغالي إنتريورز ، ومصدرًا للرخام والحجر الطبيعي المحلي المستخدم في أعمال الرخام والتطبيقات المعمارية المتخصصة لدينا.

ويوفر المحجر الكتل والخامات الحجرية الطبيعية المحلية التي يمكن توجيهها إلى منظومة أبوغالي للتجهيز والتصنيع، لاستكمال مراحل التقطيع والتشكيل والمعالجة والنحت والتشطيب وفق متطلبات كل مشروع.

التوريد الخارجي والتركيب فقط حسب الطلب من العميل أو المطورين أو المستخدم

تقدم شركة أبو غالي إنتريورز AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors خدمات توريد وتركيب ألواح البورسلين والرخام كخيار إضافي حسب طلب العميل أو المطور داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.

ويتم تنفيذ أعمال التركيب كجزء من منظومة متكاملة تشمل أيضاً التوريد الخارجي للألواح أو التعامل مع خامات العميل، مع مراعاة تحقيق أفضل أداء تشغيلي واستدامة طويلة المدى وفق أساليب تنفيذ هندسية معتمدة داخل الشركة.

كما توفر الشركة ضمانًا على أعمال التركيب يصل إلى 10 سنوات تشمل الألواح والتركيب في هذه الحالة فقط عند خضوع الألواح لفحص الالتراساوند داخل الكيان الصناعي للشركة.

The first and largest three specialized factories for preparing, forming, cutting, and processing porcelain slabs, marble, and natural stone, in addition to manufacturing and forming surfaces for Hybrid Kitchen Islands and porcelain kitchens.

Second: Abou Ghaly Factory For Porcelain & marble Sinks Factories (AGI Architectura™) (3 Specialized Factories)

These systems have been developed to operate in challenging installation environments, including elevated installation works and narrow or difficult-to-maneuver areas where even advanced large-slab handling supports may have limited access.

Abou Ghaly Quarry in Galala – Local Marble & Natural Stone Source

The Abou Ghaly Quarry in Galala represents one of the operational components of the integrated structure of Abou Ghaly Interiors Group and serves as a local source of marble and natural stone used in our specialized marble works and architectural applications.

The quarry provides locally sourced natural stone blocks and raw materials that can be directed into the Abou Ghaly processing and manufacturing system to complete the required stages of cutting, shaping, processing, sculpting, and finishing according to each project's requirements.

External Supply & Installation – Upon Client or Developer Request

AGI – Abou Ghaly Interiors provides the supply and installation of porcelain and marble slabs as an additional service upon request by the client, developer, or end user within Egypt.

Installation is carried out as part of an integrated system that may also include external supply of slabs or working with client-supplied materials, while maintaining the required operational performance and long-term durability through the company's approved engineering installation methods.

The company also provides a warranty of up to 10 years covering the slabs and installation in this specific case only, subject to the slabs undergoing ultrasonic inspection within the company's industrial entity.

Who Leads the Engineering & Industrial System?

The team is led by, and its leader is an integral part of the team, Eng. Ahmed Abou Ghaly, an internationally certified structural engineer holding a Master's degree in Architecture and Interior Design from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom (2013), with Level II accreditation from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

He has more than 22 years of international experience, during which he participated in key roles within engineering teams on prominent international projects, including Louvre Abu Dhabi and The Opus Tower in Dubai, working under internationally renowned architectural practices such as Jean Nouvel and Zaha Hadid Architects.
